Description

Levisonics is a medical device startup that is dedicated to improving the lives of patients by developing innovative blood coagulation testing platforms that can perform coagulation analysis with a single drop of blood. Our mission is to provide healthcare professionals with accurate and reliable diagnostic tools that help them make informed decisions and improve patient outcomes.

As a Business Administration Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the administrative staff in day-to-day business operations. You will be exposed to multiple facets of startup work and will gain experience in engineering project management, healthcare regulation, start-up business development, and more. This role will be full-time (30-40 hrs/week) with flexible hours and work from home availability as long as you are able to travel to the location in-person when required to attend meetings at the Levisonics workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Create content for marketing purposes including improvements to website, to increase traffic and professional appearance
  • Help design graphics for pitches and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and managing mailing lists
  • Contact potential collaborators and scheduling introductory meetings
  • Collaborate with team members on other various assignments
  • Research and report on various bsiness development tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in business/healthcare administration, marketing, or similar
  • Entry level, 0-2 years of relevant professional experience including coursework
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience in graphic design, business graphics, web design, social media, wix etc.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate about the healthcare and medical device industries
  • Excels at working independently in a small team
  • Able to commute to our office in Fishers, IN to attend business meetings, briefings for assignments, etc
