Description

Dallara is seeking an intern to assist with Commercial Business Development and Marketing.  The intern will provide support to the development team to ensure timely and consistent delivery proposals for new business as well as customer support for new business.  The intern will also assist in the continuance of brand management on social media platforms.  

Responsibilities

Job duties will include:

  • Preparation of marketing presentations (both via computer tools and paper).
  • Maintain a database of all proposals and schedule timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with the arrangement of meetings.
  • Provide support for the processing of incoming and outgoing mail as required.
  • Undertake and monitor research to provide highly needed support for the business development team.
  • Assist in reestablishing brand identity efforts which consist of but not limited to the creation of both internal and external promotional material
  • Assist in developing a strong marketing plan for internal and external branding across several company projects
  • Help to determine budgets for those projects
  • Assist in the commercial department’s growth as it relates to AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards
  • Help Learn, Understand, Explore, and Improve the Social Media impact that Dallara has with partners
  • Help create and develop content for social media platforms and the Dallara USA website
  • Develop good knowledge regarding priority sectors
  • Track and organize Contract and Customer Services reviews
  • Research and data analytics for various projects
  • Track and update production data in the Google Data studio
  • Communicate with personnel in Italy on various projects
  • Any other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Skills required:

  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conceive and produce quality, professional proposals, and follow-ups with assistance.
  • Positive, proactive team player who is self-motivated.
  • Time Management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Photoshop, and Excel applications.
  • Experience with Google docs
  • Data Analytics
  • Detail oriented
