Social Media Strategist

Description

The primary responsibility of the Social Media and Community Coordinator is to manage the daily activities of all the Fay Biccard Glick Neighborhood Center social media assests including: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and website.

Taking direction for the Program Director, this position focuses on the following areas for strategic importance to the organization. They also assume a good working relationship with the Crooked Creek Community. Regular communication and collaboration with the individual departments regarding content and publishing strategies are essential. 

Responsibilities

1. Updating the website and input new information process.

2. Develop and document a company wide social media strategy/best practices guideline.

3. Grow the social media and community engagement throughout the different channels. (Growth metrics to be determined)

4. To explore and test new social friend-raising campaigns.

5. Additional responsibilities to be determined.

Qualifications

1. Candidate bilingual in Spanish and English will be given priority.

2. Be enrolled in college courses.

3. Able to attend group meetings and planning sessions as required.
