Intern Program Activities (anticipated, subject to change): June - early August
  • Orientation Kickoff
  • Networking opportunities to connect you with other internal and alumni interns
  • Attend a required "all student" virtual networking event at the end of the internship presenting to key members of Sr. Management and participating in a panel discussion with Sr. Management
 
Internship Basics
  • 10 - 12 week summer duration desired, flexible start and end dates
  • 40-hour anticipated work week, Monday through Friday (flexible hours based on your schedule)

Responsibilities

Position Summary
To provide both responsive service to internal bank clients and management of Marketing projects. Communicate with internal bank clients and Marketing team members via phone, email and MS Teams, responding to needs and ensuring projects progress to completion.

 

Essential Requirements
  • Monitor and respond to general Marketing requests though Marketing Inbox
  • Manage Region Marketing projects and Marketing Work requests using Trello
  • Manage Marketing merchandise and apparel assortment, orders, payments and chargebacks in partnership with Warehouse and External vendors
  • Mange Digital updates including: Marketing SourceNet page, Exterior/Interior Digital Signage, Yext Online Listing information
  • Create and update select product performance reports weekly using Excel
  • Support the Group Head of Marketing and Marketing Strategy Manager as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks such as processing invoices and merchandise chargebacks, logging privacy notices received, and interofficing communications and materials as needed

Qualifications

Experience/Skills
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication skills, within a busy environment of phone and email requests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time frame.
  • Computer skills (Word and Excel); ability to navigate through various software and systems.
  • Ability to create and update reports using Excel
  • Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances, instills trust in others, and upholds the values of the organization.
