You will work on specifically defined projects focused on inventory reporting, analyzing  issue resolutions, and fleet management. This position will report directly to the Assistant General Manager and shadow the General Manager of the company’s largest market.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Support Indianapolis inventory reporting through daily material check-ins and check-outs, aiming to optimize job costs. Produce reports showcasing the benefits of efficient crib management on cost reduction and supervise inventory transfers between divisions.
• Issue Resolution Enhancement: Innovatively address and evaluate current issue resolution strategies in the Indianapolis market, with a specific focus on improving callback management and customer communication.
• Fleet Oversight: Aid in the management of Indianapolis production vehicle fleet operations, including tracking routine maintenance and collaborating with the facility manager to develop a thorough plan for monitoring essential tasks such as oil changes and brake maintenance.
• Working at the Bone Dry Headquarters in Indianapolis with free onsite gym and showers available
• Joining a cohort internship program while being mentored by company leaders
• Participating in industry leading training programs and career development activities through out the internship duration

Qualifications

• Education – Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Certifications – No specific certifications required; however, any related certifications or coursework in Construction Management would be advantageous. 
• Professional Experience – While no prior professional experience is required, any exposure to the construction industry or relevant internships would be a plus. 
• Ability to climb ladders to access attics and rooftops under the guidance of a supervisor for shadowing and ride along opportunities.
• Valid driver's license
• Military service a plus
• Bilingual a plus
