You will participate in a fun and rewarding 8-10 week summer internship starting in June 2026 and ending in August 2026, providing exposure to impactful projects in various departments that will influence the business. In doing so, you develop business skills, interpersonal skills and career development. This position will report directly to Sales leaders in our company's largest market.
Responsibilities
- Gain experience in all facets of residential home sales, sales processes, and closing business.
- Understand the flow of customers from first contact, scheduling, running the appointments, and presenting the appropriate solution.
- Learn all aspects of delivering the Bone Dry Experience to customers from a sales and production standpoint.
- Become familiar with i360 CRM to help manage customers, review and understand sales metrics.
- Familiarize self Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to customer follow-up.
- Competent use of CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
- Ability to climb ladders to access attics and rooftops under the guidance of a supervisor for shadowing and ride along opportunities.
- Valid driver's license
- Military service a plus
- Bilingual a plus
