10:30am-1pm: Arrive & table setup

12-12:45pm: AI employer panel for students to attend

1-4pm: Career fair, snacks and beverages will be available

4-4:30pm: Teardown

Registration Fees -

1. $1000 - Blue Ribbon Sponsor (includes registration fee)
2. $300 - for-profit employers
3. $100 - non-profit/government employers
4. $0 - Indiana State University departments

All new and unpaid registrations received after September 11, 2026 will be assessed an additional $50 fee.
