During this session, participants will learn:
- Work and Learn Indiana – how to post internships and experiential learning opportunities, manage applicants, and use the platform to support talent pipeline needs.
- EARN Indiana – how eligible employers can receive up to 50% wage reimbursement for qualified internships, along with guidance on participation requirements and best practices.
This virtual workshop is ideal for organizations looking to expand internship offerings, improve student recruitment, or maximize available state funding for work‑based learning.
