Trine University 2026 Tailgate for Talent Career Fair and Networking Expo

Tailgate for Talent showcases employers with a festive atmosphere held outside (weather permitting).

Trine University is thrilled to invite you to participate in the Fall Tailgate for Talent Career Fair 2026! Prepare to have some fun and show off what you make and what you do. Trine Career Center encourages employers to bring equipment, trucks, RV's, as well as the cool stuff you make! Employers will find candidates for full-time, internships, and co-ops.

This event is scheduled to be outside therefore students will be dressed in business casual attire. Employers must provide their own canopy tent and weights; stakes are not permitted.

11:00 am-12:00 am Golden Hour access to students for sponsors

12:00 am - 3:00 pm Career Fair
