Martin Yale Industries has been a leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of quality paper handling products for the print and design industry. Recent acquisitions include quality finishing equipment for creasing, folding, scoring, laminating and more.

We are a team of driven individuals who push ourselves, and those around us, to develop personally and professionally in a dynamic and competitive work environment. We offer a comprehensive training program,  a positive and supportive culture that encourages everyone to help develop themselves and others.

We are interested in finding a college intern who is working towards an engineering degree and would like to gain some valuable experience to add to their resume.  In our program we will have some day to day engineering tasks as well as 2-3 projects to be completed.  The intern will be working alongside two mechanical engineers and an electrical engineer.   A lot of the work will also be independent.  Our goal is for our intern to gain some working knowledge in our engineering department that will be beneficial to their future job search and also provide us with some value through recent education.  We are also interested in continual feedback from our intern.  It will be a learning experience for us as well!  We are a fun company to work for and we hope our intern will enjoy their time with us!

75% engineering basic to more advanced projects based on the interns experience and years in college.  We are a manufacturer of paper processing machinery with a lot of R&D projects during this time period.

25% administrative work

We are a small company with around 75 employees.  Our employees typically wear a lot of hats so there will be several areas that our intern will be able to touch on.

Freshman, Sophomore, Juniors, Seniors in college may apply.  Projects will be based on experience and year in college.
