We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Landscape Architecture Intern to join our team of collaborative, creative team of Landscape Architects & Planners. Responsibilities will include assisting the design team with master planning, conceptual site design, graphic representation (presentation layout, digital renderings, and visualizations), construction documentation/detailing, and construction administration. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with landscape architects, planners, economic development specialists, and engineers to develop outdoor spaces for the built environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in site analysis, including site inventory, mapping, and data collection.
  • Support the design process through the creation of concept sketches, renderings, and digital models using industry-standard software.
  • Contribute to the development of landscape plans, hardscape plans, detailing, construction drawings, and presentations.
  • Participate in site visits, meetings, and client interactions to gain practical experience and insights into project implementation.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Landscape Architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Lumion.
  • Knowledge of landscape architecture design principles and site planning.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work output.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a professional setting.
