Information Technology Technician Internship

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical support to students and staff, troubleshooting issues
• Assist in the set up of IT equipment for use across the buildings
• Work on IT projects, under the direction of Technology Coordinator
• Perform repairs on student and staff devices
• Follow-up and update staff members for ongoing issues
• Assist in developing any missing documentation of systems in use

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school Computer Science CTE pathway preferred
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and technology infrastructure preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work output.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and take initiative in a professional setting. 
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
