Description

Once Upon A Kernel is a Caramel Corn brand revolutionizing customer interaction through innovative robotic kiosks. By automating the retail experience, our kiosks bring freshly made Caramel Corn to high-traffic areas, enhancing convenience and delight for every customer. Our automated kiosks streamline service, providing a consistently engaging experience while maintaining the quality and taste that define our brand.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

-Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, X, etc.)

-Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

-Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages promptly

-Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance

-Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop integrated social media campaigns

 

Brand Management:

-Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines and style guides

-Help with brand messaging and storytelling across all marketing channels

-Contribute to brand awareness campaigns and initiatives

-Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

-Support in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations

 

Additional Responsibilities:

-Assist with content creation for the company's website and blog

-Help organize and execute marketing events and promotions

-Support other marketing and communications tasks as needed

Qualifications

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, including but not limited to Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, and Twitter.


Skills:

Content creation skills, including copywriting, video editing, and graphic design.

Proven ability to engage and grow online communities through storytelling, timely responses, and innovative content.

Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Ability to analyze performance data, draw insights, and refine strategies to meet key metrics.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with current trends in social media, digital marketing, and brand engagement.

Strong understanding of Once Upon A Kernel's brand ethos, mission, and target customer demographic.

Personal Traits:

Creative thinker with a passion for connecting with audiences online.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.
