Marketing Intern - College

Description

We are searching for eager interns who want to gain the opportunity to learn and develop skills for a future in sales management and entrepreneurship.  Qualifying interns will be offered a full time position post graduation with the opportunity to own their own Agency within 3-5 years.

Responsibilities

Work in a sales driven team environment. 

Create and implement various marketing and sales programs. 

Utilize Sales Force CRM software for client management. 

Perform sales related duties.  

Direct mail and strategic selling programs. 

Indiana Property and Casualty License will be obtained and we will pay all costs associated as well as pay you to study for the exam.

Flexible 12-20 hours weekly based on availability and full time in summer.

TOP PAY: $15-$20+ per hour (no cap on earnings)

Qualifications

Strong oral and written communication skills.  Self-confidence/perseverance/strong work ethic.  Goal oriented and money motivated.
