Through these internships, we aim to provide students with real-world experience in marketing, sales, and content strategy while building systems and campaigns that directly support company growth. Each intern will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and measurable results they can showcase as part of their professional portfolio.

The Marketing & Sales Intern will support Edit Me Lo’s growth through research, outreach, and campaign development. This intern will help increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and contribute to campaigns that convert into sales. They will assist in creating and maintaining a CRM system in Notion, support client proposal development, and help execute strategic email campaigns.

This position is ideal for a student interested in how creative agencies attract clients, build scalable systems, and turn marketing into measurable business growth.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the internship, the student will:

• Understand how to structure and scale a small creative business through strategic marketing and systems
• Learn how to plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns for ROI
• Gain hands-on experience with CRM development and sales pipeline management
• Build confidence in communicating with clients and partners

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lead research and outreach to potential clients and partners
• Create and manage email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions
• Assist with proposal writing and sales materials
• Help build and organize a CRM system through Notion to track leads and projects
• Support the planning and execution of brand awareness campaigns

Qualifications
