Description
Position OverviewThe Art Social Intern supports the social media and marketing efforts of Art Home Photo by assisting with content creation, account management, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) coverage. This role is hands-on, creative, and fast-paced, offering real-world experience in social media strategy, photography-based businesses, and brand storytelling.

- Assist in managing and maintaining content across the following accounts:
- Art Home Photo
- Art Home Photo Indy
- Fort Wayne Headshots
- Art Home Photo Photobooth
- Ensure consistent brand voice and visual standards across platforms.
- Instagram Stories & Highlights
- Manage daily Instagram Stories for Art Home Photo.
- Create and post birthday and milestone-related content.
- Rework, organize, and maintain Instagram Highlight folders for clarity, branding, and engagement.Behind-the-Scenes (BTS) Content Creation
- Actively create BTS photo and video content.
- Join photographers in the field to capture behind-the-scenes moments during shoots.
- Continuously update Instagram Stories with daily activity at Art Home Photo.
- Approach storytelling in a personal, vlog-style format that feels authentic and engaging.
On-Set & Shoot Participation
- Attend selected Art Home Photo shoots to gain hands-on experience.
- Capture BTS content specifically for Art Social channels.
- Learn industry workflow, client interaction, and creative processes.
Trend Research & Social Strategy Support
- Stay up to date on current and emerging social media trends.
- Identify trends that align with the Art Home Photo brand and suggest creative applications.
Office & Team Support
- Provide general office support as needed.
- Proactively check in with team members (including Dustin and Josh) to assist with tasks or projects.
- Be flexible and willing to support day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of daily responsibilities and time management.
- Independently structure each workday to be productive and goal-oriented.
- Regularly review the company calendar to identify upcoming shoots to attend for BTS coverage.
- Be accountable for meeting content and participation expectations without constant supervision.
Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in marketing or related field.
