Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Provide IT Support: Assist with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, responding to user support tickets, and guiding employees through IT procedures.
Install & Update Software: Help install, configure, and update software applications on workstations while documenting installation procedures for future reference.
Manage User Accounts: Support account setup, modifications, and deactivations for systems like Active Directory and Office 365, including password resets and access issues.
Set Up & Maintain Hardware: Assist with setting up new computers, printers, and other peripherals, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring equipment is properly inventoried.
Support IT Projects: Assist in various IT initiatives, including office moves, hardware refreshes, and system upgrades, as well as software and hardware testing.
Maintain IT Documentation: Document IT processes, update knowledge base articles, and prepare reports on IT activities, asset updates, and troubleshooting solutions.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with the IT team.
Prior IT support experience or technical certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday.
Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet).
Ability to commute to the primary work location and occasionally to other work locations within driving distance.
