Our Marketing Coordinator Internship Program is designed for ambitious, creative, and driven individuals who want real-world marketing experience--not just observation. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with agency leadership, contribute to live campaigns, and build a portfolio of work that actually matters.
You wont' be getting coffee--you'll be building campaigns, analyzing results, and helping grow a recognized brand.
Responsibilities
As a Marketing Coordinator Intern, you will:
Assist in planning and executing mutli-platform marketing campaigns
Create and schedule engaging social media content aligned with brand voice and current campaigns
Support content creation including graphics, captions, short-form video, and email newsletters
Help coordinate and promote community events, workshops, and outreach initiatives
Track and report on marketing performance metrics
Conduct market research on competitiors, trends, and audience behavior
Assist in maintaining and updating CRM and marketing systems
Collaborate with team members on branding, promotions, and growth strategies
Contribute creative ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn and ready to execute.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and social media strategy
Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Canva
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Self-starter with a positive, coachable attitude
