Responsibilities

About the Role

Your work will vary day to day, but will typically include:

• Assisting with building and updating online stores for clients
• Uploading products, pricing, descriptions, and images
• Supporting the sales team by preparing quotes for custom orders

Project Management & Workflow Support

• Tracking active jobs from sale through production and shipping
• Helping ensure all required details (artwork, sizes, quantities, approvals) are complete before production
• Monitoring timelines and flagging delays or missing information
• Updating internal systems (Printavo, Shopify, or project trackers) to keep jobs organized
• Communicating internally with sales and production teams to keep projects moving

Design & Production Support

• Creating basic mockups and product images
• Cleaning up and formatting customer artwork for production

General Team Support

• Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as needed
• Helping maintain organization across multiple active projects

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep things moving
• Willingness to take ownership of projects and follow them through
• Clear communication and a proactive mindset
• Basic familiarity with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar is helpful but not required)
• Positive attitude and team-first approach
• Interest in business, operations, sales, or project management
