Assistant Facilities Manager
Description
Goals to learn:
Basic Electrical skills and trouble shooting.
HVAC troubleshooting
Industrial power washing
Plumbing with Pex , PVC, and CPVC
Equipment troubleshooting and repairs
Electrical mother board troubleshooting
Planned Maintenance on several pieces of equipment
Drain cleaning
Beverage equipment cleaning and sanitation.
We will install equipment and ware washing items.
He will learn professional relationship building with outside contractors. Contractors are used when the problem can't be solved internally.
The intern will be under supervision of Director of Operations and Facilities Manager
All training will be hands on with the Facilites Manager on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Goals to learn:
Basic Electrical skills and trouble shooting on outlets, and plugs.
HVAC troubleshooting ( filter swap outs, condenser coil cleaning, electricity)
Industrial power washing ( hotsy)
Plumbing with Pex , PVC, and CPVC ( runnning drain lines, water lines for new equipment)
Equipment troubleshooting and repairs( grills, toasters, all kitchen / beverage equipment)
Electrical mother board troubleshooting
Planned Maintenance on several pieces of equipment

Beverage equipment cleaning and sanitation.
We will install equipment and ware washing items.
