  8. Observe and collaborate with other IVM functions, such as marketing, operations, engineering/product development, IT/software, and customer support, to understand the full customer lifecycle.
  9. Participate in sales meetings, coaching sessions, role-play exercises, and periodic performance reviews designed to strengthen professional selling and communication skills.
  10. Interns will be expected to complete a final sales-related project and presentation summarizing research, activities, results, lessons learned, and recommendations.

Qualifications

  2. Conduct account and market research and translate that research into a practical prospecting or account-development strategy.
  3. Demonstrate effective business communication through professional emails, telephone conversations, meetings, presentations, and follow-up.
  4. Apply consultative discovery techniques to identify customer needs and connect those needs to appropriate product or service capabilities.

  6. Develop and deliver a professional product or solution presentation appropriate to an enterprise customer.
