About Us: The Garrett Companies’ mission is to develop, build, and manage multifamily assets nationwide using an approach that builds value, eliminates risk and provides superior risk-adjusted returns. 

We are a full service Multifamily Development, Construction, and Management team based in Greenwood, Indiana (Indianapolis MSA). Our team of professionals work in unison to entitle, develop, build, and manage multifamily apartment projects across the country. We are currently active in 6 states, and have completed over 50 projects in 14 states. After delivering over 11,000 apartment homes, we have become experts in forecasting trends and delivering living options that find quick success in the marketplace. Our proprietary market research criteria paired with a disciplined business model reduces risk and allows us to create desirable, high-end multifamily housing that produces superior risk-adjusted returns.

About Our Program: Each summer we host interns accross all departments, development, construction, property management, accounting, interior design, marketing, legal, and much more. Our interns are exposed to all areas of the company regardless of the department they are interning with for the summer. There are many components to Garrett Internship Program, GIP in addition to department specific projects. Interns have department learning sessions, professional development, speaker series, service project, and networking (internally and externally). Interns are challenged, empowered, and provided an experience that is unforgetable. We want to be the best and we’re unapologic about it.
