Beyond the Status Quo: Redesigning WBL for Collective Impact

Register for a high-impact, half-day event designed to bring school leaders, employers, and workforce partners together to strengthen and scale Work-Based Learning (WBL) across Southwest Indiana.

This year’s Communities of Practice will explore how schools and employers can build more and better pathways through shared strategy, stronger partnerships, and innovative models that prepare students for the future of work.

Breakout 1: More and Better Pathways→ Join a panel including individuals from COSMOS and RAZ32, with a focus on cross-district and employer collaboration, best practices, and WBL alignment

Breakout 2: Future Workforce Readiness→ Focus on durable skills, AI’s role in the workplace, student placement, and systems-focused team

11:00 AM – Keynote: Innovative Models in Action→ Featuring Professions Based Learning by Corey Mohn, President & Executive Director of CAPS Network

11:45 AM - 1:00 PM – Lunch + Facilitated Collaboration & Questions + Extended Opportunities
