Beyond the Status Quo: Redesigning WBL for Collective Impact

Register for a high-impact, half-day event designed to bring school leaders, employers, and workforce partners together to strengthen and scale Work-Based Learning (WBL) across Southwest Indiana.
This year’s Communities of Practice will explore how schools and employers can build more and better pathways through shared strategy, stronger partnerships, and innovative models that prepare students for the future of work.

Hear from Indiana's decision-makers- Get direct insight from IDOE and Ascend Indiana on the state’s current vision for workforce readiness and education alignment.

Evaluate and enhance your current work- Learn from regional leaders in RAZ32 and COSMOS as they share real examples of scaling WBL, improving durable skills, and responding to the impact of AI on student and workforce needs.

Discover new and innovative models- Explore Profession-Based Learning designed to give students unique, transformative professional skills aligned with their passions and future goals. Through collaborations between schools, businesses and community partners, students are placed in the driver's seat, offering them a robust, purpose driven, real-world career readiness experience.
