Butler University Little Dawg Fair

At Butler University's Little Dawg Fair 2021 employers and graduate schools have the opportunity to connect with Butler students and grads seeking internships and jobs, as well as info on grad programs and service opportunities. This career fair is free to attend for Butler students/graduates from all majors and grade levels, as well all students from all Indiana colleges. It takes place on Wednesday, March 31 from 5:30–7:00 PM EDT on the Handshake virtual platform.

Registration

  • $70 - for-profit organizations
  • $35 - nonprofit, education, government
  • Free - Butler departments/divisions and CaPS special partners

Handshake's Virtual Fair Experience

Hosted entirely within your web browser (Handshake recommends using Chrome or Firefox), Handshake's virtual career fair platform allows you to connect with students/grads in both group and one-on-one sessions. One-on-one sessions occur in 10-minute slots (with video, audio, and text chat available for students/grads). Group sessions occur in 30-minute periods (with text chat available for students/grads). You can share your screen in both group and one-on-one sessions. You also have access to view the Handshake profiles of those signed up for your sessions.

Note: we highly encourage utilizing the 10-minute one-on-one sessions with students. This helps you avoid low group session attendance if one is simultaneously held by a large employer.

Once your registration has been approved, you'll receive an email from Handshake to set up a fair schedule and add team members to it.

Your organization can bring up to 100 recruiters. There is no additional expense.

Payment

  • Credit card payments can be submitted using the blue link toward the bottom of your Handshake invoice PDF.
  • Checks should be made out to "Butler University" and mailed to: Butler University CaPS Office, 4600 Sunset Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46208.

Deadlines for Registration and Refunds

This fair occurs on 3-31-21. Payment for regular registration is due by 3-30-21. Payment for sponsorship add-ons is due by 3-24-21.

Cancellations made on or before 3-24-21 will receive a full refund; those made after 3-24-21 will NOT be eligible for a refund unless the event itself has to be canceled. If the fair must be rescheduled, all registrants can choose between taking part or withdrawing and receiving a full refund.

Title Sponsorship Add-On (1 available)

$400

Adds title sponsorship to your registration. Organization name included in event's title. Name and logo featured atop all messaging (including Handshake, emails to students both pre- and post-event, and CaPS social media). Access to resume books of up to 10 Butler academic majors. (All students within those majors, primary and secondary.)

Top Dawg Sponsorship Add-on (10 available)

$200

Adds Top Dawg sponsorship to your registration. Organization name and logo featured in all messaging (including Handshake, emails to students both pre- and post-event, and CaPS social media). Access to resume books of up to five Butler academic majors. (All students within those majors, primary and secondary.)

True Blue Sponsorship Add-on (10 available)

$75

Adds True Blue sponsorship to your registration. Organization name featured within all messaging (including Handshake, emails to students both pre- and post-event, and CaPS social media). Access to resume books of up to three Butler academic majors. (All students within those majors, primary and secondary.)
