10:30am-1pm: Arrive & table setup
12-12:45pm: AI employer panel for students to attend
1-4pm: Career fair, snacks and beverages will be available
4-4:30pm: Teardown

Registration Fees -

$1000 - Blue Ribbon Sponsor (includes registration fee)
$300 - for-profit employers
$100 - non-profit/government employers
$0 - Indiana State University departments

All new and unpaid registrations received after September 10, 2025 will be assessed an additional $50 fee.
