The WGU Virtual Tech Career Fair is targeted towards organizations interested in recruiting students and alumni with varied tech experiences and professional interests across a variety of industry settings. Employers are welcome to recruit for entry-level to senior-level roles.
This fair is designed to introduce representatives from companies across the country to WGU's 130K students and 200K+ alumni. Connect with WGU undergraduate, graduate, and alumni candidates across a variety of information technology programs!
Western Governors University (WGU) is a non-profit, online, competency-based university with the goal of expanding access to affordable, quality higher education with a focus on student learning. WGU programs are taught by faculty with industry experience, and are designed in collaboration with major employers and industry experts in healthcare, business, information technology, and education. AGENDA:
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, or 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST
Each company will be able to host an unlimited number 1:1 schedules and group sessions throughout this event. 1:1 appointments are 10min long and each representative can set preferences for their own schedule, if so desired (ex. school year, major, grad date, etc). Group sessions are 30min each and can host up to 50 attendees at a time (no qualifications exist for group sessions). You and your representatives may choose the times for your 1:1 and group sessions.
COST:
The virtual tech career fair will be free of charge. Western Governors University (WGU) wants to support your hiring efforts without the financial strain of paying for a career fair.
They will periodically re-evaluate their pricing for virtual fairs.
