Job summary

The HR Intern will support the team with recruitment activity outlined below. Assignment will be 3 months (4-24 hours/week) at minimum but could be shortened or expanded depending on business need and availability of candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Full life-cycle recruitment for select job openings which includes managing candidates/job descriptions in our applicant tracking system; sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms; posting jobs to various job boards; prescreening; supporting the job offer process; maintaining the workflow
  • Partnering with HR team as well as all Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure an effective, efficient, and compliant recruitment end-to-end process
  • Deliver high-quality candidates and advance the Apex brand across numerous markets and professional communities
  • Develop extensive candidate pipeline across multiple disciplines; and establish and execute plans for a healthy talent pipeline
  • Support HR related initiatives/projects/programs such as our internship program (sourcing, screening, etc.) and onboarding
  • Follow all company processes, procedures, practices, confidentiality to ensure compliance, fairness and efficiency in all aspects of the recruitment process

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in college, junior or higher status pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Current minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Ability to work 4-24 hours per week (flexibility as needed)
  • Eagerness to learn and make an impact
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly
  • Able to demonstrate and always maintain discretion and confidentiality
