Description

Collegiate Housing Services is a nationwide student housing organization that has been in business for over 30 years.  We provide afforadable housing to students by taking apartment units under our company name, furnishing them, and setting up utilities.  We then provide roommate matching and place each student on an individual lease that matches their school term.  We are looking for a housing consultant to join our team this summer. We are not only interested in students looking for a summer internship, we are interested in continuing to work with the student part-time into the fall, or for a full-time semester internship in the fall following their summer work.

Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 30 min. lunch.

Responsibilities

• Learning to use our company's CRM to assist our current and future student population
• Calling on future students to ensure that they have their housing needs arranged and are prepared for the start of school
• Assist management with the virtual setup of units from the delivery of furniture, to the setup of utilities and internet
• Addressing student application errors in our system (Ex: not fully complete, incorrect info, no cosigner listed, etc.)
• Build relationships with key individuals in the market 
• Assist with analyzing data and reporting

Qualifications

- Incoming sophomore, junior, or senior

- Display great communication skills

- Display great time management skills

- Ability to multitask

- Interest in business administration or property management

- Ability to learn a CRM
