Description

If you're looking for an internship where you work directly with expert salespeople, make an immediate contribution to the company, and do work that outlives your training, then this is the job for you. As an SDR, you will work within the sales division and support the business development and partner channel team in lead generation and qualification of sales prospects. This part-time opportunity will put you under the guidance of the Director of Sales, Stephen Howard. It will also allow for a flexible work schedule to fit a student's busy class schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified B2B opportunities through research, emails, networking, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify the best outbound sales targets
  • Qualify Inbound Leads Generated by Marketing
  • Report on prospecting performance and identify potential optimizations
  • Research and execute strategies to generate inbound leads
  • Work and Collaborate with Business Development Managers and the Channel Sales Team
  • Collaborate with sales enablement manager and marketing
  • Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using HubSpot

Qualifications

While you don't need to know anything about SaaS or UCaaS to work here, you do need the following:

  • Currently majoring in sales, marketing, or business
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter, ability to work alone AND on a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage numerous activities and support the efforts of others in achieving company goals
