Marketing Intern

Description

At the direction of the Director of Marketing/Communications, the Marketing Intern will assist in Ivy Tech Community College's marketing, communications and/or media relations efforts in the Columbus service area.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media posts
• Assist in the creation of content for quarterly newsletter
• Write and distribute news releases
• Create, manage, and/or assist with email marketing campaigns.
• Other duties logically associated with the position may be assigned

Qualifications

• Completed at least 30 credit hours of a Business Administration, marketing, communications, or associated degree.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• In depth understanding of different marketing techniques.
• Video production or graphic design skills a plus but not required.
