This is an in-person, paid internship ($18/hour) starting in May 2024. Hours are M-F 8a-5p.

SUMMARY:  This is an intern level position responsible for analyzing and synthesizing data within the Business Banking, Mortgage, and Consumer lending groups. Individual responsibilities include primary tasks which directly contribute to the enhancement of current reporting methodologies, established processes, ad hoc requests, and any additional initiatives that may arise. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and synthesize data for reporting purposes.
• Develop Power BI dashboards, reports and data models
• Develop reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Manage projects/tasks to meet expected deadlines and deliverables
• Work directly with end users to ascertain data reporting needs
• Provide consistent and timely feedback to management and impacted users of projects/tasks progress
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Exposure to Power BI Dashboard/Report/Data Modeling configuration and implementation through Power BI Services
• Ability to pull information dynamically from internal and external information sources
• Proficient with MS Office Suite; advanced knowledge of Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to learn new information quickly.
• Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled as a college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, computer information systems, or a related field.
• Power BI experience preferred
