This is an in-person, paid internship ($18/hour) starting in May 2024. Hours are M-F 8a-5p.

 

SUMMARY:  This is an intern level position responsible for increasing brand awareness in Greater Indy, encouraging volunteer participation from Greater Indy associates, source, vet & create partnerships through sponsorships, and present financial literacy courses to organizations.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Create volunteer opportunities in Centier Gives
  • Extend invitations to fill sponsorship tables.
  • Analyze and send reports to monitor volunteerism in Greater Indy
  • Analyze and send reports showing organizations our employees volunteer for but we don’t support.
  • Audit sponsorship deliverables (was everything delivered that was promised in sponsorship agreement)
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new information quickly.
  • Strong problem solving, time management, and organizational skills

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently enrolled as a college student pursuing a bachelor’s degree business or a related field.
