Marketing Intern

Description

Carver Community Organization provides unique programs and services targeted to address the needs of members of the community.  Our programs include: Childcare and Preschool, Youth Programs, and Senior Programs.

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our team.  

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily administrative duties and needs of Carver programs
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
• Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events
• Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
• Help distribute marketing materials

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• General understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a passion for marketing
• Outstanding multitasking abilities
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Strong professional drive

• Previous experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and Social Media management a plus
