BoilerMASTERS, Inc. is a mechanical contractor spectializing in boilers, burners and industrial fuel burning equipment. Started in 1988 by two brothers, it has slowly grown to 10 full time team members and we are planning our continued growth.

This internship will be supervised by the President & CEO of the company. There will be training on our company, our values, how to complete and understand the tasks performed and lessons on operating, managing and owning a company.

We would like for the intern to learn how to be an Ideal Team Player for any employer. How to think about becoming a linchpin to solidify your skills and position in the workplace.

Responsibilities

Data, data management and automation continues to be a responsiblitly that requires some assistance and attention. We have a lot of the building blocks of things in place so that they work, what we need now is some attention to detail and fine tuning.

This role will be responsible for creating the file heirarchy layout and design for our teams to move forward using. This will include Sharepoint and One Drive.

Design MS Power Automate macros and possible MS Power Apps to help us manage and streamline information.

Create inquiries in our database that trigger events (updates, emails, documents...).

Qualifications

Intern should have experience and be familiar with Sharepoint and One Drive. Need to have experience with the design and use of macros. Experience with MS Azure and Power Apps is a plus.

Applicant shold be familiar with database tables and relationships.
