Parks Program Assistant 2024

Description

Intern will be exposed to Municipal Government such as Park Board meetings and Town Council Meetings. They will have the opportunity to meet Town Officials and supervisors of other departments. The intern will work with a four person team with the Park Department on a weekly basis. They will assist in scheduling the care and treatments, scheduling of baseball games, practices, and officials. They will help on the maintenance end, lawn care, mechanical care.

Responsibilities

Once expectations are explained and reviewed, responsibilities will be: Assessment Analyze Priortize Action Planning Contacting and Scheduling Lawn Managment

Qualifications

Self motivated, eager to learn, ability to work well with others as a team. Lawn care experience preferred, Sports managment knowledge preferred
