Responsibilities

This position will have a wide variety of functions that could include documenting, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving support calls made to the Service Desk. This position could also be involved in numerous projects such as computer hardware replacements and upgrades, security, and automation initiatives. Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

 

Project Work

  • Participate, lead, or manage projects as assigned such as upgrades, hardware rollouts, automations, and security initiatives.
  • Develop and follow up on tasks including evaluations, prototypes, user specification definition, testing, and delivery as directed

Software, Hardware, and Connectivity

  • Analyze, troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis and resolution of break/fix tickets regarding supported software applications
  • Securely provide support for internal and external network connectivity issues, including LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN
  • Develop, enhance, and document processes for end user computer equipment replacements and upgrades

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Students who are currently enrolled pursuing a college degree
