Quest Safety Products is a fast-growing full-line distributor of safety products, as well as a manufacturer of disposable protective apparel. We are a focused and driven team, committed to helping our customers protect their people in any environment. Much of our growth over that last several years has been generated from our e-commerce presence. To continue this growth and further build out our online platforms we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. Quest is seeking an E-commerce & Marketing intern to join our team!

Responsibilities

E-COMMERCE/MARKETING INTERN TASKS

Assisting with new B2B and B2C ecommerce website launch:

• Gathering item information from supplier sites
• Resizing/modifying images
• Loading information, images, and content into CMS for website
• Creating banners, promotions, or landing pages

Managing Quest’s LinkedIn and Facebook presence:

• Organizing marketing material from Quest internal drives and suppliers’ sites
• Creating and uploading content to platforms

OTHER TASKS

• This intern will also be assigned professional development readings and will be expected to present findings and takeaways to management.
• Learn, participate, and understand the e-commerce kitting operations work flow.

Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Comfortable using social media in a business setting
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

ADDITIONAL SKILLS PREFERRED

• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong ability to locate information and condense it to populate an e-commerce website or catalog
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills
• Project management
