Field Engineer

Description

The Hagerman Group is a commercial construction solutions provider.  The supervision of this internship will include several leaders in the 'field' (construction site) leaders.  Each leader in the field provides mentoring and training on how to effectively monitor to ensure the project meets deadlines, milestones, budget, quality and safety. Overall construction business knowledge will also be conveyed to the intern, through shadowing / mentoring from other key departments within The Hagerman Group.  

Responsibilities

A Field Engineer Intern will monitor daily activity on a project site, observe progress, review schedule, manpower, deliveries and quality. 

Qualifications

A qualified Field Engineer Intern must be willing to work well with a team, have a positive attitude, be inquisitive, pay close attention to detail, flexibility to work indoor and outdoors, arrive on time / early, and prepared for daily activities.
