About the Internship
We’re looking for a Recruiting & Business Development Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. This role is ideal for someone interested in the staffing industry, sales, HR or Marketing. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting candidate recruitment, client prospecting, and business growth initiatives. You’ll work directly with experienced recruiters and the business development team to learn how staffing decisions are made and how relationships drive results.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Recruiting Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through online databases, job boards, and LinkedIn
- Screen resumes and identify potential matches for open positions
- Help coordinate candidate outreach and schedule interviews
- Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Sit in on interviews and learn how recruiters evaluate talent
Marketing Support
- Research prospective clients and industries to identify new business opportunities
- Assist with CRM data management and lead tracking
- Help prepare outreach materials and presentations for prospective clients
- Support email and LinkedIn campaigns targeting potential business partners
- Contribute to marketing and branding strategies aimed at driving client engagement
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a small team, fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy and familiar with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and other tools
