This role sits at the intersection of these diverse interests, focusing on amplifying the CEO's voice and expertise.

About Our Internship Program:

Our internship program is designed to provide high-impact, real-world experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This specific role offers a unique opportunity to work directly alongside our CEO, gaining invaluable insight into executive-level strategy, decision-making, and the intricacies of managing a diverse business portfolio. The focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to build the CEO's personal brand as a thought leader, expert, and successful asset developer within his relevant industries and beyond. You won't be making coffee; you'll be contributing directly to strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Personal Brand Marketing Strategy: Understand the principles of executive personal branding and contribute to developing and executing a strategic plan to enhance the CEO's profile.

  2. Content Creation & Curation: Gain practical skills in researching, drafting, and curating engaging content (e.g., social media posts, articles outlines, presentation points) that reflects the CEO's expertise and perspective.

  3. Digital Platform Management: Learn to manage and optimize executive presence on key digital platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, potentially others) for maximum reach and impact.

  4. Market & Opportunity Research: Develop research skills to identify relevant industry trends, speaking opportunities, media engagements, and collaboration possibilities that align with the CEO's brand goals.

  5. Executive Communication & Support: Improve professional communication, organizational, and project support skills in a high-level executive environment.

  6. Exposure to Diverse Business Models: Gain insight into the operational and strategic aspects of businesses in the hospitality, real estate, and distribution sectors through supporting the CEO's activities.

  7. Understanding of Asset Development: Learn foundational concepts related to asset identification, acquisition, development, and management from a leader in the field.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated candidates who meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program, or a recent graduate (within the last 6-12 months).

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Entrepreneurship, English, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong interest in marketing, social media, content creation, and learning about business leadership.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).

  • Ability to conduct effective online research and synthesize information.

  • Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

  • Eager to learn and comfortable taking direction, while also showing initiative.
