HR Intern 2025

Description

Haynes International is a manufacturing company.  This internship will be working in the Manufacturing HR Department under the supervision of the Senior HR Manager.  This position will work alongside other department personnel for on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

Assist with: Onboarding and orientation of new hires, audit of HR and benefit files, projects related to compensation/pay equity and job structure/skills based role definition, creating learning modules, conducting data analysis & presenting findings with recommendations, documenting SOP's to align with industry best practices, developing implementing employee engagement initiatives, and researching HR trends in compliance/policy development.

Qualifications

*Pursuing BS os BA in HR, LR Business or related field and a least in junior year-prefer a 3.0 GPA

*At least 1 year of customer service experience, knowledge of basic HR functions

*Knowledge of Microsoft Office , Excel
