Assistant Teacher - Early Childhood Education

Description

We are a childcare ministry that is a daycare/pre-K. The intern will be working with lead teachers in the classroom being trained on early childhood education, classroom etiquette, working with students of varying age groups, learning how to assist children with their education and development. They will also be provided training from the ILEAD website.

Responsibilities

They will be working in a classroom setting, assisting lead teachers, working directly with students of varying ages on their physical and educational development, learning how to put lesson plans into practice, diaper changes, proper cleaning techniques.

Qualifications

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen, be flexible on shift times, keep up with children and get up and down as necessary, and be able to lift 50 pounds when necessary.
