Description
Seeking outgoing individual to fill seasonal Receptionist position to assist with greeting customers, appointment scheduling, and general office administration. Successful candidate would be trained on office equipment use and protocol when dealing with customers. Upon completion of internship, candidate may be offered permanent position within the company if he/she wishes to pursue a career in the Life/Health Insurance arena.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include: providing stellar first point of contact with the public via telephone and in-person visits; scheduling appointments for multiple agents; fielding customer questions and directing to available agents; as well as general office administrative tasks as needed. No sales will be included.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess strong verbal and communication skills and enjoy assisting the public via positive attitude and public relations. Qualified candidate would also be versed in Microsoft Office applications to facilitate various tasks to support office staff.
