Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Leasing Agent Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the real estate industry, specifically in property leasing and management. The intern will assist with various tasks related to leasing properties, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our leasing team.

You will get to learn how to lease apartments, make leases, commitment sheets and learn how to close sales. You will learn a lot in customer service , how to set up online portals for tenants , take in payments and work through any problems a tenant might have.  

Responsibilities

●  Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications

1. Qualifications:
• ●  Currently pursuing a degree in real estate, business, marketing, or a related field.
• ●  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ●  Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• ●  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• ●  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ●  Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing tools is a plus.
• ●  Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
