Responsibilities
As a Sales Support Intern, you’ll report directly to the owner and receive training in various aspects of the insurance industry and agency operations. You’ll help create cost-efficient workflows, support our mission, and contribute to agency growth strategies. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn, contribute, and make a real impact.
- Answer phones and provide friendly, professional service to clients
- Mail out insurance policies and important documents
- Assist with quoting personal and business insurance policies
- Support new client onboarding and help gather/organize information
- Create/post engaging content to our social media channels and assist with other marketing endeavors
- Help design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures
- Collaborate on process improvement and workflow efficiency
- Contribute to training, coaching, and development of team processes
