IUI - Tea's Me Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Internship

Tea’s Me Cafe is looking for a motivated individual to be a supportive member of our staff and assist with our executive management team. The CFO Intern is responsible for tracking sales, managing inventory processes, and analyzing cost trends to ensure financial health at the kiosk level. This role is ideal for students pursuing business, accounting, or finance-related fields.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily Clover POS transactions and maintain internal logs
• Track inventory and submit weekly reorders in collaboration with Store Manager
• Monitor cost of goods sold and assist in budgeting
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste or improve margins
• Prepare simple financial summaries and submit bi-weekly reporting
• Assist in compiling end-of-semester performance metrics
• Compile a monthly review of numbers to be presented to the Executive Team 
• Perform various other duties as may be assigned by any of the Tea's Me Cafe Managers
