Headquartered in Indianapolis Indiana, Ultra Athlete®, LLC (aka Ultra Ankle®) develops, manufactures, and distributes performance ankle bracing technology for Prevention, Recovery, and Immediate Care. Ultra Ankle’s primary focus is advancing ankle brace technology to achieve a leadership position in the athletic team, medical and retail markets. Responsibilities

One of our primary Team Sports distribution channels is selling to junior volleyball players at tournaments during the club volleyball season, January - July. We participate in around 15 volleyball tournaments from coast-to-coast during club volleyball season.

Your primary responsibilities at the tournaments will be communicating with prospective customers (players and parents) and selling and fitting our products on the players. Additional responsibilities include market analysis of tournaments we attend, assisting with marketing initiatives, which can include communication with our Social Media Marketing Agency as well as posting to Ultra Ankle social pages, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, you may be asked to be onsite in our Indianapolis base offices from time to time during the week when there are no upcoming tournaments.

This position will typically require between 25-35 hours per week, beginning in late January, 2026 and running through June/July, 2026. Extensive weekend and possible holiday travel is required. A typical tournament can run Thursday through Sunday, or Friday through Monday. Pay will be $20.00 per hour and a 5% bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

Ultra Athlete® seeks candidates with the ability to work hard in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, and who thrive on competition. The successful candidate will likely have either played a varsity sport and/or is a Sports Administration or Sports Med major, has a passion for team sports and aptitude for sales.  Candidates must have their own transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be a resident of the State of Indiana.
