NPX ONE is an innovative and forward-thinking company focused on cultivating talent and providing opportunities for career growth, particularly in the skilled trades sector. This program is specifically designed to offer existing employees the resources and support they need to expand their skills and advance their careers in maintenance. The Trades Helper Program is an integral part of our internship policy, aimed at developing skilled maintenance workers.
