Company Overview -Todd Father and AB Solutions operate two innovative career platforms: InsureHire, connecting insurance professionals with firms through placements and consulting to address talent gaps; and MedRep OnDemand, an on-demand marketplace linking independent medical reps with companies for flexible, compliant bookings, solving industry shortages. We're partnering with Indiana colleges for internships to build our web and mobile platforms.

Join our team to develop web platforms and mobile apps for our job-matching services. Gain hands-on experience in coding, testing, and deploying features like user dashboards, booking systems, and payment integrations under team guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and code features for web (e.g., dashboards, real-time booking) and mobile apps (e.g., scheduling, credentials).
• Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Integrate APIs for payments and compliance; participate in code reviews and agile processes.
• Document code and suggest UI improvements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Computer Science/related program (Indiana schools preferred).
• Basics in web/mobile dev (HTML/CSS/JS; React/Node.js/Python/Java/Swift/Kotlin; React Native/Flutter).
• Knowledge of programming concepts, databases, APIs, and tools like Git/VS Code.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; portfolio a plus.
