Our intern will be exposed to all departments and operations with a primary focus on project management.  The internship program is supervised by our Human Resource Manager, but feedback will be provided by department managers.  Our goal is to see our intern grow and develop new skills to foster a career in the field of project management.

Responsibilities

During the internship, the student will work closely with team members to increase their knowledge and understanding of DynaDome's operations. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to our Project Manager
  • Collaborate with our General Manager
  • Gain hands-on experience in our shop
  • Observe plant operations, including production and logistics
  • Learn about quality control processes
  • Understand OSHA compliance, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in weekly production meetings
  • Monitor and analyze KPI's related to safety, output, and quality
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Gain knowledge about our computer system - ZOHO
